TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.      I understand that Miss Asia Pacific World Super Talent® combines a beauty pageant and a supermodel search into one event is a Super Talent competition for selecting and discovering future global stars such as film stars, models, talents, spoken women and singers from all over the world who will spread their wings in the worldwide entertainment industry. I am entering is Miss Asia Pacific World Super Talent® 2014 ("MAPW”), which is to praise the beauty and talented ladies in the world.

2.  I understand I or my national director would be responsible for my roundtrip airfare to the host country including charges for excess baggage, if any.

3.  I understand the MAPW organization will provide with hotel room, meals and transportation for entire competition period and assisted with hair and make-up experts for the official events and final competition. The MAPW organization is not responsible for any extra hotel expenses for any early check in or late checkouts, not responsible either for transportation to the airport in the case of missing the transportation at the scheduled time. I understand any extra expenses spent by me or any of my companions, such as: air taxes, tips, phone calls, laundry medical expenses are responsibilities of the managers and companions. I understand the MAPW organization is not responsible for any personal belongings. In this sense I understand I cannot complain in the case of any of my personal belonging is missing, and agree that the organization is not responsible for any accident or injury during the event.

4.       I understand that the MAPW title belongs to the MAPW organization, in that regard, I cannot use my image as MAPW®’delegate, logos nor slogans to any parade, event or program without the consent of the MAPW® Organization. I can never be used the title for personal profit with any company or agency without a written authorization of the MAPW organization. I agree if a company is interested in using my image or title, all the contracts and negotiations will be done in front of a representative of the MAPW® organization.

5.      I understand this event is for women between the ages of 18 and 28 years old as for January 1^st 2014, single and has never been married and minimum height 168 cm (5 ft 6 in) and recommended maximum height is 179 cm (5 ft 10 1⁄2 in) and has not participated in any obscene or x-rated exhibitions, whether print, stage, television or movies and I accept that MAPW organization manage and use my image and contents during competition as delegate and model, and I cannot use my image as MAPW’ delegate, logos nor slogans or any parade, event or program without the consent of the MAPW.

6.      I understand this is a beauty and talent competition, with that in mind I commit to be in a good physical shape for the swimsuit event. In the case of not being in good shape for the event of MAPW, the Miss Asia Pacific World Super Talent® Organization has the rights to disqualify the country during the competition. I agree to participate in, show up on time, and to act in the best of my ability to satisfactorily complete all arrangements (go-sees, rehearsals, competition, etc.) and follow instructions given by the MAPW during and Competition period. I shall obey all laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea and maintain moral behavior. I agree to conduct myself with propriety, dignity, and in a professional manner, or otherwise I understand that may injure the reputation and goodwill of MAPW. I agree no visitors shall be allowed except for my family, national directors and managers during competition period.

7.   In the event that i award the winner or 1^st or 2^nd runner-up, the Miss Asia Pacific World Star Inc. and my national director shall proudly manage my careers with leading media network and marketers to match my talent with their clients. I understand that Miss Asia Pacific World Star Inc. shall be responsible for collecting a fee for each completed contract.

8.  I agree MAPW and Miss Asia Pacific World Star Inc. which aim to endeavor super talent career and shall have a right to send me action school for Martial arts and clinic for my beauty management. If I am elected the winner of MAPW 2014, during my year of reign, I will abide by the rules and conditions set out in this contract. I agree to stay on after my crowning for further days if I am required to assist at receptions or promotional work. I will be informed when I am in the host country if I will need to stay extra days.

9.  I understand I have follow and respect all the timelines, deliver all documentation and all the responsibilities of the competition or event. If i do not follow any of these rules could result in the disqualification of the participant or crowned winner. I accept that the judging may take place throughout the whole time of competition of MAPW® and knowing the impartiality of the judges, I accept the result. I agree not to protest against the final result and I will not make any comment about it or offer my personal opinion to the press or any other person in the host country. I understand I cannot have any personal interview with the jury and in the case of having a previous link or interview with the jury I have to notify the organization.

10.  I and national director agree to keep confidential all terms and conditions of this Agreement and shall not disclose such information to any other parties not directly involved in writing as stated in this Agreement, including other Delegates contracted with the MAPW.

I certify that I have the full knowledge of the advantages and obligations mentioned in this entry form. I have read the contract carefully and fully agree to accept and respect the rules and regulations set out. I declare that this document has been explained and if necessary translated to me and therefore I fully agree with its contents.

REQUIRED CONDITION, WARDROBE, DRESS

(ⅰ) Contestant’s Round Trip Flight Ticket from/to Home/Hosted City

(ⅱ) One Typical or Fantasy National Costume and One Long Dress Evening Gown

(ⅲ) One Dress or Costume to meet judge for interview  

(ⅳ) Min One Cocktail Dresses

(ⅴ) One Swimsuit (preferably white color, but possible any other color)

(ⅵ) 1 Pair of High Heals Shoes (preferably silver color)

 (ⅶ) Clothes for daily bases & rehearsals and comfortable shoes for trips.

(ⅷ) One Fantasy costume Victoria’s Secret Style such as Wings.

If the delegate cannot prepare such costume, she must notify MAPW organization

That she needs help to be provided with such costume.
